Current Positions
General Sales Manager
Brahma Compression is the leading provider of sub 200 HP gas compression to many of North America's leading energy companies as well as International Markets. We have an immediate opening for a General Sales Manager, reporting to the President. The primary responsibility of this position will be to manage the day to day activities of the Sales division including all sales and marketing functions including the management of a team of 5 employees. You will also directly handle the sales activities associated with all International Markets including the required travel to these markets.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Prior industry experience with proven management experience in a sales related position.
- Minimum of five years of successful technical sales experience or degree or certificate in an engineering related field.
- Exceptional communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of the sales process and ability to lead a sales team.
The compensation program includes base salary, commission structure, and vehicle allowance.
