Field Services Coordinator
A division of Foremost Universal LP, Brahma Compression is part of a rapidly growing company with over $220,000 million in annual sales and 700 plus employees across Alberta. Since 2001, Brahma has manufactured and sold over 900 compressor packages and operates a full service department located across Western Canada. Located in our Calgary office, we have an immediate opening for a Field Services Coordinator.
Job Description: Reporting to the Manager Service & Field Operations, this position will encompass several duties with the main focus on customer support and communication, field operational surveys and general assistance to the Service Manager and Service team.
This person will be responsible for the daily coordination of manpower, parts and equipment to complete field start-up and repairs. They will be the liaison between our field technicians, customers and Sales team and will generate a database that our sales and management teams can act on to assure customer satisfaction. Daily direct communication with field customers will consume a great deal of the individuals time.
Primary Skill Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Customer Oriented
- Proficient with Word, Excel and Email communication
- Experience with Visual Accounting an asset
- Excellent Time management and organizational skills
- Hands on experience in a similar position within the oil industry
- Technical background in Compression preferred but oil industry a must
Technical Requirements: An individual with at least 3-5 years of direct experience working in the compression industry will be considered an asset. Trade experience as a Journeyman Millwright or Heavy duty Mechanic or having a C.E.T. designation may position you ahead of other applicants.
